Three questions the desk hears most
Yes. Many clients begin with a run beside their current process. We map what already works, keep the parts that are sound and rebuild only the bays that cause friction. The parallel run shown on the home page makes that transition safe, because the old path stays live until both produce matching records.
Runs are scheduled to fit the cadence of your portfolio, whether that is monthly, quarterly or tied to instalment milestones. During onboarding we agree the calendar with you, and every approved award then waits for the next run rather than leaving on an ad hoc basis. This keeps the run sheet a reliable record.
